What to expect in class
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes
In these creative and challenging classes we'll start slow, waking the body, then move onto more dynamic movement as the class progresses. Together we'll build strength and flexibility, learn new skills and have fun. My aim is to improve your connection to self -enhancing well being and overall health.
Each term is themed so that each class has meaning and can be taken with you into daily life. Props and modifications are always on offer.

Awaken: Morning Flow classes
In this morning yoga class, we’ll gently wake up the body with movement, stretching and breath before flowing into more energising sequences to leave you refreshed and centred.
The way we begin our morning can shape the rest of our day. 'Awaken' aims to improve your mobility and fitness, lift your mood and ease stress — supporting your wellbeing and helping you approach your day with more energy and balance.
This class is open level, props and modifications are always on offer.
Energy Yoga
Energy Yoga blends dynamic movement, yoga and music to create an uplifting morning workout for body and mind.
The way we begin our morning shapes the rest of our day. This class aims to improve your mobility and fitness, lift your mood and ease stress — supporting your wellbeing and helping you approach your day with more energy, clarity, and confidence.
This class is open level, props and modifications are always on offer.
Each class meets you where you are...
In class, I encourage you to take what you need, there is no pressure to 'perform'. Some days we're full of energy, some days we're running on empty and some days we don't know where we are! On these or on any days, I encourage you to do as much or as little as you need.
Modifications are always offered for different abilities and the use of props (tools!) is encouraged.

Term can be booked as a block with a guaranteed space in class or the class pass can be used 'as and when' - subject to space in class.
