It’s finally here... 'Shake it Out' - a brand new monthly morning class I’ve been dreaming of for a while! Together we'll shake, move and tap our bodies to excellent music, releasing the week to feel light and free. No experience needed. No right way. Just permission to move and have fun Then we’ll calm with some Breathwork, and a lovely guided relaxation to leave you feeling properly reset. Shaking has so many lovely benefits on top of bringing a smile and some joy! ☀️Stress release - shaking burns excess adrenaline and lowers cortisol levels ☀️Muscle & Fascia relaxation - Stimulates the stretch reflex, allowing chronically tight muscles and fascia to loosen and let go of tension. ☀️Boosts circulation - improves blood flow and stimulates the lymphatic system - reducing brain fog and clears out stagnant energy. ☀️Regulates Emotions - shaking helps release trapped emotions (like anger, grief, or anxiety), restoring a sense of emotional resilience and inner safety.
