Welcome to Shake it Out! A place of uplifting music, movement and joy! This class will leave you feeling lighter, more present and truly alive in your body. There’s no right or wrong way, no complex technique to learn - just a musical voyage with a massive speaker, your body, and a community of people looking for exactly the same thing. Come as you are.
