Sometimes, the heat and ‘GO’ of Spring and Summer can leave us a little … frazzled. This yoga terms is focused on cooling and calming, connecting inwards. Classes are a grounding blend of Qi Gong, low-to-the-mat movement and deeply nourishing Yin Yoga. 🌱Not sure about Yin yoga? Yin is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer (2–5 minutes), working into the deeper connective tissues Yin yoga benefits: 🌿Improves flexibility and joint mobility 🌿Reduces stiffness and tension 🌿Builds resilient connective tissue 🌿Calms the nervous system 🌿Lowers stress and improves mental clarity 🌿Balances strength training and busy lifestyles I like to keep my classes fun and welcoming! Props and modifications are always on offer. The Yoga Shed is a beautiful private studio with a sanctuary feel in Saffron Walden.
