Class description
What to expect? ☀️ Gentle standing Qi Gong to awaken energy, improve circulation and ease stiffness. ☀️ Floor based yoga to mobilise the body, strengthen the core and support the joints ☀️ Deep, breath-led Yin to stretch and release. Open to all levels. Every body is welcome with props and modifications always on offer. What is Yin yoga? Yin is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer (2–5 minutes), working into the deeper connective tissues fascia, ligaments and tendons — rather than just muscles. It’s less about stretching hard and more about softening, breathing and allowing the body to gradually release. Yin helps improve flexibility, joint health and overall resilience, while deeply calming the nervous system.
