What to expect
These fun, creative, and challenging classes build strength, flexibility, calm, and focus. Using a ladder flow style, we stack poses to build familiarity and confidence, ending with a moving meditation flow to leave you feeling centred, energised, and refreshed. Includes breath work, meditation, and accessible modifications and props. This class is for students with previous yoga experience. 'Seeking Light and Positivity' In this 6-week Jan–Feb series, we’ll ignite our inner light and cultivate positivity to guide us through the winter season. By building strength and warmth, this practice will leave you feeling centred, energised, and ready to navigate the short days and cold nights ahead with clarity and calm.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds can only be given for a Drop In class with at least 48 hours notice. Any later than this and a drop in class can be rescheduled to a future date. 'Block of 6' and 'Block of 4' class bookings are valid for the specific block of dates booked only. Pre-payment is non-refundable but sessions can be postponed in case of injury.
